Caesar Dressing recipe

Once you make a real Caesar salad at home, you'll never buy the bottled stuff again. This version is unbeatably creamy, savory, and tangy. Lettuce, croutons, done.

Ingredients:

2 eggs yolks
4 anchovies
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1) Combine egg yolks, anchovies, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and pepper in a food processor; puree until smooth. With machine running, slowly add oil; blend until dressing thickens. Stir in cheese and serve.
